Adam Barisano: My Road To Cold Fury
For over a decade, Chaotic Wrestling has been renowned as the crown jewel of professional wrestling organizations in the Northeast. Fans, wrestlers and managers all know that Chaotic possesses a big league feel, which is highly uncommon in today’s tragic excuse for independent wrestling. In our business timing is everything. My first meeting with Chaotic in 2009 was in no way my time. As I look back now I can say with confidence that I was not ready, I had no clue, and I had no motive to drive my own success, much less the success of any man or woman on that roster.
I left Massachusetts at the end of 2011 to study in South Florida under WCW Legend “The Task Master Kevin Sullivan”. When finally returning to New England in August of 2014, I was a changed man both in, and out of pro wrestling. I at last had a motive! Although I’d accomplished some significance in Florida and The Bahamas, I felt unfulfilled in New England. Directing my attention towards Chaotic Wrestling, I would then set my moral compass a blaze.
For a number of years, I was the advisor to “The Real Deal Brandon Locke” who was creating waves all over New England. Looking in from the outside, I saw that, for some reason unbeknownst to me, the waves could only be described as puddles in a spring shower, regarding his achievements in Chaotic. The newly crowned “Baddest Mofo On The Show”, (a moniker Locke adopted from his mentor, the late great “Super Bad Steve Bradley”) had become a brash, violent, ticking time bomb. He could reign supreme everywhere … but Chaotic.
The former “Baddest Mofo on the Show” was lost. He had reached an uncomfortable feeling of satisfaction regarding the mediocrity he had reached in Chaotic. When I arrived in September of 2014, I made it my mission to reverse Brandon’s passive ways of thinking, and redirect his thought process. I taught Brandon to harbor hatred for those in Chaotic who had wronged him for seven years. Whoever said that hate leads to destruction, clearly never understood how smart hatred works. I told the powers that be everything they wanted to hear, but behind closed doors I turned Brandon back into the man he truly was.
Fast forward to here and now. I have been reunited with Locke, and our resolve has never been stronger and my place in Chaotic Wrestling never more secure. COLD FURY 14: DIVIDE AND CONQUER will be the culmination of my mission of mercy. That very mission led me to the calculating Mistress Belmont, the new CW Women’s Champion. It was a perfect fit, for she has always chosen smart hatred as the blue print in which to build her success. COLD FURY 14 will showcase the final disposal of the lewd and lascivious Kasey Ray, resulting in Belmont retaining her title.
In regards to Brandon, Cam Zagami, Sean Burke, and Elia The Great, are now officially on warning. At Cold Fury 14 we will all bear witness to the crowning of the only REAL Chaotic Wrestling New England Champion. On March 21st, 2015 we Divide and Conquer.
